This year, McGilvra Elementary School is celebrating its 100th anniversary, and the PTA is selling centennial brick pavers until June 30 to mark the occasion.

These pavers will be placed in the outside walkway leading up to the entrance of the school.

Current and former McGilvra families and local business supporters are invited to purchase a commemorative paver. Donation directly benefit the school’s education enrichment programs.

The pavers come in three sizes. The purchase of the two larger pavers includes the placement of a small item in the school’s time capsule. For information or to receive an order form, email fundraising@mcgilvrapta.org.

Later this year, McGilvra will receive an historic landmark designation from the City of Seattle.
