Appeals are made to the Office of the Hearing Examiner, Seattle Municipal Tower, 40th Floor (SMT-40-00), 700 Fifth Ave., Suite 4000, Seattle, WA 98104. Appeals must be accompanied by a $50 filing fee in a check payable to the City of Seattle.

208 25TH AVE. E. (3016895) on a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into five unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project No.6365912. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. Environmental review conducted under Project No. 3015430. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Short Subdivision to create five unit lots conditionally granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than April 17.
