The following approval is required: SEPA environmental determination. (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal. Written comments accepted through July 2.

1804 25TH AVE. (3017679) for a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into four unit lots. The construction of residential units has been approved under Project No. 6380128. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following approval is required: Unit Lot Subdivision to create four unit lots. Water Availability Certificate may be needed but was not included in this application. Written comments accepted through July 2.

1723 27TH AVE. (3017720) for a Land Use Application to allow a new duplex in an environmentally critical area. Existing single-family residence to remain. Parking for two vehicles to be provided.
