1831 24TH AVE. (3014492) of two townhouse duplex structures (total of four units). Surface parking for four vehicles to be provided. Existing structure to be demolished. This proposal has been submitted for Streamlined Design Review.
The DPD director will accept written comments through Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, to assist in the preparation of the design guidance. Comments regarding important site planning and design issues that should be addressed in developing a design for this project are welcome. This is the only opportunity to comment on this proposal.
Following the close of the public comment period, DPD will issue in writing the design guidance for this project. This document will be based on public comment and the applicable citywide and neighborhood-specific Design Guidelines and will serve as the basis for further review of this proposal. Once the applicant has further developed the design, he/she may apply for a Building Permit.
